  • [fly] Dominico (polyester ripstop)
  • Made in the USA or Imported
  • Stronger, more stable, and built to withstand the harshest of conditions, the Mad House series of shelters are much more than standard tents. They are the Everest base camp dining rooms, buttoned up Black Rock City roosts, and Vedauwoo wind refuges. The Mad House series is our biggest mountaineering design. Try one as an all-season, two-room condo with plenty of space to stretch out and relax on acclimation days, or as a place to serve pancakes to the entire summit team.
  • MOUNTAINEERING TENT – These spacious and strong tents are designed for four-season mountaineering. Featuring two doors and two vestibules. The doors have two closure options – zip up mesh door only for maximum ventilation or zip up the polyester layer for full protection. The vestibule may be staked out using trekking poles to create a shaded area. Want some privacy? Set up the included fabric wall to make two rooms.
  • WE GOT YOU COVERED – Fly is Dominico undyed polyester rip-stop made with high tenacity yarns which increase tear strength by 20-25% over standard rip-stop fabrics. Color is achieved using a unique pigmentation process, which resists fading and increases UV resistance; extending the longevity of the fabric when used in high altitude conditions.
  • FULL FEATURED – Two oversized 3-D bin pockets provide ample storage without encroaching on your livable space. Fourteen (yes, 14!) interior mesh pockets are also included to keep things organized and off the floor. Fly vents and windows with two closure options: mesh only for ventilation, or zip up the nylon layer for complete closure.
  • READY TO PITCH with pre-cut guy lines and tensioners. Dual, equalized guylines for added stability and strength in high winds. Color-coded webbing and buckles make set up easy. Heavy duty reflective guy lines and webbing on tent corners make your tent easily visible. All seams taped with waterproof, solvent-free polyurethane tape (No PVC or VOC's). Briefcase style carry bag with shoulder straps and organizational pockets. Packed weight is 21 lb. 8 oz. and packs down to 26 x 10 x 15 inches.
